- Tax increase on parking garages from 15% to 20%
- 400 More Police Officers total of $78 million
- $2 million for 311 telephone system for non-emergency calls
- Creation of PhillyStat to track Customer Service Improvement efforts among city agencies.
- $25 million for the city recycling program
- 46% increase for Fairmount Park Commission over five years
- Promise to slow down the resident wage tax to pay for a business tax cut. Future state casino revenue is likely to be authorized to cut wage-taxes
- Innovation Philadelphia will no longer be funded as well as William Penn camp an it looks like Riverview Nursing Home will be closed in a few years.
