City of Philadelphia Streets Department: Block Captain

The Philadelphia More Beautiful Committee (PMBC) will host the 2008 Block Captain Rally on Saturday, March 29, 2008. Streets Commissioner, Clarena I.W. Tolson, along with PMBC
Administrator, Lawrence Martin, will recognize the efforts of Block Captains and Junior Block Captains in Philadelphia. The event will be held from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The purpose of the Rally is to thank their dedicated Block Captains, Junior Block Captains, and cleaning volunteers, as well as motivate them for the upcoming cleaning season and celebrate this year's theme "Love Where You Live, Live Where You Love."
